For more than 20 years she has worked with senior executives, leadership teams, individuals and communities in Canada, the United States, Estonia, Lithuania, the Republic of Georgia, Egypt and Belize.

Linda is an organisation development consultant, Gestalt psychotherapist and professional coach. She masterfully zeroes into the heart of the issues and the hearts of the people dealing with the issues, in all her coaching relationships. She is firm in her conviction that real change happens from the inside out -- beginning with values, beliefs and sense of purpose.

She has worked with colleagues to organise major Search Conferences, bringing together diverse stakeholders in issues having broad national implications. In Lithuania, shortly after its independence, Linda designed and facilitated a Search Conference focused on the framework for a national primary health care system. This was the first time ever that citizens had been asked to participate in shaping the future of their country.
