Gloria has an extensive background in communication, group facilitation, personality and leadership development, making her uniquely qualified to guide people to a more positive, fulfilling and competent life. She is a licensed psychologist, marriage and family therapist emeritus, certified family life educator and a certified coach, receiving certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California in the early 1990s. |

As a leadership coach and psychologist, she is an associate with the Minneapolis-based Center for Character-Based Leadership where she works with executives providing individual and team assessments, development plans and coaching. |

Gloria received an advanced degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Additional post-graduate work includes the study of systems, change and conflict management, adult and leadership development and communication. She has been a member of many professional organisations and currently continues her leadership development work in corporations. |

She has held positions that included being a faculty member for the Chemical Awareness Training Institute, the Small Business Association at Gateway Community College, Ottawa University, all in Phoenix, Arizona and the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. |
